ANNAPOLIS, MD (March 16, 2016) — The Cyphers Agency announced it has been named agency of record for Taylor Bank, headquartered in Berlin, MD, with 10 locations on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and in Delaware. The agency will direct the bank’s entire communications program, beginning with an integrated marketing plan for the 125-year-old institution.
Cyphers was awarded the account following a competitive review that included the incumbent Virginia-based advertising agency and three other firms. The scope of work includes a full marketing plan with creative, media and digital strategies, internal communications, community relations and other marketing activities focused around quarterly promotions. The new marketing plan will kick off with a spring mortgage campaign.
