Dave started his career working with Annapolis Sailing School and Annapolis Boat Shows as a marketing director upon graduating from the University of Maryland. With locations and events across the country, this group of businesses proved to be a fantastic, hands-on marketing training ground.

From that position Dave launched what would become The Cyphers Agency in 1989. Through the last 26 years, Dave has led the effort to guide the marketing efforts of hundreds of businesses across a wide range of consumer, B2B and non-profit markets, all while growing The Cyphers Agency. Today, Dave remains engaged in daily account management on a diverse range of accounts from ADP to our numerous franchise brands as the agency’s lead strategist. Dave also works to identify and adopt emerging marketing technologies and techniques to keep the agency on the leading edge.

Darren Easton has always wanted to create ads. After college, Darren started out in niche advertising writing copy, and has since done everything imaginable in the ad business. He’s spent time as an art director and creative director at a small Baltimore advertising agency. He started his own business, doing campaign work with several national clients and consulting with regional and national agencies. His experience has allowed him to work on accounts such as Westinghouse, the United States Navy, Harley Davidson, The Maryland Lottery and Precision Tune Auto Care.

Darren rejoined the agency world permanently in 1997 when he joined The Cyphers Agency. As the Vice President and Creative Director of The Cyphers Agency, creating strategically sound campaign work has remained his passion. With the agency president, he has spearheaded the creation of new divisions and disciplines within the agency and constantly pushes himself and those around him to be better.

A marketing maestro, Anna guides the planning, execution and management for a variety of B2B and B2C clients.

Anna is a seasoned marketing strategist who relishes thorough market research when developing tailored, multifaceted campaigns for her brands on a regional and national scale. A self-professed research nerd, she believes this is the most important part of any strategy and enjoys collaborating with the diverse creative minds around her to execute campaigns for clients like Precision Tune Auto Care, Strayer University and Seasons Pizza. Anna thrives on all the little details, from media planning to direct marketing and all things online. Reflecting on her more than 15 years at Cyphers, one of her favorite campaigns remains helping the Chesapeake Bay Trust double the Bay Plate license penetration rate – and for them to return nearly a decade later so Cyphers could do it again!

Danielle Reigle

A Cyphers veteran of 20-plus years, Danielle specializes in complex projects incorporating everything from traditional media components to digital marketing initiatives.

Danielle is an integrated marketing expert who applies a unique combination of strategic thinking and creativity to help her clients meet and exceed their goals. She credits her extreme attention to detail and complete mastery of multitasking with her ability to ensure that all projects, from launching a new website (or three concurrently) to developing a speaker series at an international trade conference, are completed on (or often before) deadline. Thriving on constant client communication, Danielle has led monthly, quarterly and annual campaigns for diverse B2B, B2C, and nonprofit brands such as Anne Arundel Dermatology, Grain Foods Foundation and Kampgrounds of America.

A superior digital and traditional designer with over 20 years of agency experience.

Christina is an accomplished design and web optimization expert who helps her clients connect with their audience through all facets of visual strategy, including conceptual, print or interactive media. She believes in creating materials that will ultimately help good businesses succeed, a mantra that has led her to create a variety of impactful designs for clients like the Chesapeake Bay Trust and Strayer University. Christina always leads the charge in learning new applications and is an exceptional technical resource for both her clients and colleagues. She holds a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore.

Jill leads her team to manage SEO/SEM, content and influencer marketing, social media and digital advertising.

After college, Jill started her career as a middle and high school social studies teacher.  After five years of teaching, Jill made the leap to move from NY to MD.  Upon doing so, she started working in the marketing world.  Immediately, Jill fell in love with all things marketing, particularly social media marketing.  As a digital marketing strategist, Jill works with several different clients ranging from lifestyle brands to trade brands.  Energized by the fast-paced, trendsetting nature of social media, Jill has mastered staying on the front lines of the constantly shifting digital landscape. Utilizing integrated strategies comprised of content marketing, blog writing, influencer partnerships and social media, she has executed complex campaigns for a variety of companies and businesses.

Jackie is a seasoned professional who specializes in integrating Public Relations with Brand Development.

A Calvert County native, Jackie cut her teeth working with a local nonprofit, End Hunger, where she grew the organization from a concept to an accredited, successful charity. At Cyphers, Jackie is the consummate leader, working with her team of PR professionals to help clients communicate key messages for their organization. Jackie has mastered introducing key messages and outreach strategies to gain media attention that build and grow the reputation of an organization.  

Jackie holds a master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University.  Her passion for writing press releases and discovering innovative, and creative approaches allows her to take care of our clients so they can take care of business.
