Crofton, MD – January 5, 2026 – The Cyphers Agency, a full-service creative marketing firm specializing in strategy and brand development, is proud to announce the promotion of Caitlin Meleney to Account Executive, recognizing her growing leadership role and impact across the agency’s client portfolio.
Since joining The Cyphers Agency in late 2023 as a Junior Account Executive, Caitlin has played an integral role in managing client relationships, driving day-to-day execution, and supporting strategic campaign development. In her new role, she will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for her accounts, overseeing client communications, meeting strategy and agendas, reporting, and campaign execution. Her responsibilities will also include developing and presenting client briefs, managing budgets, and overseeing billing and revenue projections.
Caitlin will be the point person for several accounts, including CovingtonAlsina, a financial advisory firm focused on fiduciary guidance; The Coordinating Center, a local nonprofit providing family services; CTI, a leading IT solutions firm with expertise in cybersecurity, IT support and data management; and Gilbert Employment Law, an employment law firm centered on workplace compliance.

A graduate of Towson University with a degree in Mass Communications, Caitlin brings a background in event planning, where she developed foundational skills in project management and client-facing communications. During college, she also interned at a digital design agency, supporting social media marketing initiatives and gaining early experience in integrated campaign work.
