The Cyphers Agency is seeking a passionate, creative and strategic Digital Marketing Coordinator to serve as an integral member of our lean, mean digital marketing team (PnP). The Digital Marketing Coordinator will implement digital marketing strategies in alignment with the target customer and business goals of our clients.

All our team members do a lot of heavy lifting when it comes to developing brand messaging, strategizing integrated marketing plans, brainstorming wild and crazy campaigns, and all-in-all creating great advertising.
 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop, deploy and analyze SEO strategies aimed at driving increases in qualified traffic to client websites.
  • Support the Digital Marketing team in researching, brainstorming and strategizing the
    interactive/social components of marketing plans and advertising campaigns.
  • Create engaging content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, blogs (and any other crazy new platform) for a variety of brands, with careful attention paid to tone and voice.
  • Manage online communities and problem solve online crisis situations, with keen understanding of customer service and public relations.
  • Establish and grow relationships with bloggers and other online influencers on behalfof our clients.
  • Meticulously track and report on key SEO and social metrics for client reports.
  • Stay on top of industry related news and trends that would impact your work.

WE WANT YOU – Digital Marketing Intern

The Cyphers Agency is looking for a fun, energetic and intelligent full-time (up to 40 hrs./week) Summer Intern to support the Account Executive and digital marketing (PnP) teams in their daily management of client relationships for our agency.

Our team works closely, offering you immediate exposure and experience in all facets of the agency business, from creative, brand development and marketing strategy to direct client contact, research, planning and social media implementation. This position will involve some administrative support including phone answering, managing mailings and client files. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about marketing/advertising and is determined to learn and grow!

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Research, gather and assemble background information and analyses as needed by AEand PnP teams in development of briefs, reports, etc.
  • Provide administration and assistance to AE and PnP teams on day to day activities for assigned clients, including internal job write ups, creating agendas and timelines, responding to client phone calls, handling mail/packages, Production and Creative deadlines, media placements, social media engagement etc., to ensure continued progress of client workflow.
  • Assist in mailings, word processing of final copy, agendas, timelines, internal and client reports, proposals, client estimates/quotes, client correspondence and other materials relating to account service.
  • Handles paperwork and maintains files on all of the client’s activities, copy, access information, forms/documents, etc.
  • Responsible for proofreading copy, artwork; sees that all work completes the standard agency approval process before being reviewed by clients or turned over to media or production vendors.
  • By AE teams’ request, takes minutes at meetings, prepares and distributes follow ups, updated content, timelines, etc.
  • Ensures all media and projects proceed according to plan and deadlines, drawing attention of AE to potential problems before they occur.

 

Qualifications:

  • Working on a degree in public relations, marketing, advertising or communications
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
  • Strong organizational, writing, management and presentation skills
  • Understand client industry trends in marketing and strategy
  • Passion for marketing/advertising industry news and trends
  • Must be able to work 30-40 hrs/week.
